Advise. Connect. Build. Three ways of working on new business.
KT11 Venture works on new business across investment, wealth, capital markets and related financial infrastructure.
That work takes three distinct forms — Advise, Connect and Build. Each is useful on its own. Each is engaged on its own terms.
Before there is an opportunity, there is usually a question.
Not every engagement begins with a clearly formulated opportunity.
More often, something prompts the question: conditions shift, results disappoint, or a new possibility appears. KT11 Venture can become useful at any of these points — sometimes before anyone has called it an opportunity at all.
Market conditions, customer behaviour, technology, regulation or economics are shifting — raising the question of what this could make possible, or necessary.
An existing proposition, business or approach is not producing the expected outcome. Understanding why can reveal a different way forward — sometimes a new-business opportunity.
A technology, a capability, a business model or a concrete idea creates a possibility worth examining seriously.
Sometimes the result is a clearly formulated opportunity. Sometimes the first task is to understand what the question actually is.
Each activity stands on its own.
Advise
Is there real new business in this — and is it worth pursuing?
Independent judgement on specific new-business questions: what could be possible, what the evidence supports, and what would need to be true for an opportunity to work. The starting point may be a formulated opportunity, or the question of why something is not working and what could work instead. The outcome can be to proceed, change the route or stop.
Explore Advise →Connect
Which technologies, companies or people could change what becomes possible?
Relevant connections across investment, wealth, capital markets and related financial infrastructure — in both directions. Institutions discover relevant technologies, companies and capabilities; technology companies build market understanding, institutional relevance and commercial traction. A connection begins with a clear reason why it could matter to both sides.
Explore Connect →Build
How should it actually be built — and does the evidence support building it at all?
Selective exploration and development of new-business and venture opportunities. Not building for its own sake: testing whether an opportunity is strong enough to become a real business — and, where it is, helping shape the structure, capabilities and early execution needed to make it real.
Explore Build →The situation determines what is useful.
Advise, Connect and Build are distinct activities. Each stands alone, each is engaged on its own terms, and none automatically requires another. There is no prescribed sequence from one to the next.
What they share is not a process. It is one way of thinking about new business, applied to different tasks.
Around a particular situation, they can nevertheless reinforce one another. An Advise question can end in an internal route, an external technology or partner, further validation, a decision to build — or a decision to stop. A connection made through Connect can expose a larger new-business question. Build can originate from advisory work, from a connection, or from KT11 Venture's own exploration — and remains selective wherever it originates.
At every point, continuing is a genuine decision — for the client and for KT11 Venture. Where the evidence does not support proceeding, stopping remains a valid outcome.
The activities share a perspective, not a pipeline.
Where does your question begin?
Whether you are looking at a specific opportunity, a question that has no clear shape yet, or a market you want to enter — a first conversation is usually the fastest way to find out whether it is worth taking further.
Not every question begins with a mandate. KT11 Venture also explores developments, technologies and business models on its own initiative — questions that may reveal new-business possibilities.
